  I think I paid 190$ for these 8 months ago. Decent, but timing isn't as good as other ram. For this price can't complain

    The timing is mostly standard at 3600MHz speed. You'll pay a premium for 3600@C16 or lower. Having tried both, i couldn't tell the difference. A lot of 16gb kits are at this price still…. thought since DDR5 came out, prices would crash buuuut haven't :-(

        IMHO the latest gen gear is rather ordinary. There isn't much of a boost in speed and tech to warrant an upgrade…. plus the prices are insane!
        AM4, DDR4, pci-e 4 are still kicking butt. I'll be on this platform for a couple of gens at least.

        Thats cuz not everyone are buying AM5 and intel systems dont mandate DDR5, so these are still selling.

      You can easily lower your ram latency by 1 or 2 levels (eg c18 down to c14) in your bios, even on most cheaper motherboards. Have a play. I didn't notice any difference tho for general usage.

  I already have 32gb of 3200MHz ram.
  It doesn't have RGB though…
  Someone talk me out of expanding to 64gb total ram, I seriously won't use that much at once for anything!
