          Thanks. I bought another stick vacuum but it failed after a year. Most xiaomi products ended in a landfill. Bidet failed after 2 years for unknown reasons, drone no longer had a support and stick vacuum had an error code, so on.

        Mine is dead after three months of use. Roborock Australia are unresponsive so my credit card company is seeking a refund. I’d steer clear.

      Doesn’t just cover pollution, we have loads of dust where we are and a decent air purifier removes most of that dust. The Panasonic 2000 series we had did a better job than this one but for the price I can’t complain… just wish their filters were 79 a pop… my Dyson only costs me 89 a filter and it lasts longer

      Not happy with crosswave. the roller mop is too light on tiles. I wished u could adjust the height of mop so to push more onto the floor…

      Don't know about the Dyad but I do have a Bissell Crosswave Wax (cordless). I purchased a cheap 2nd hand but good condition one on marketplace. Personally I don't think the benefits are significant enough to justify buying it brand new ($400-500).

      I wouldn't recommend replacing your current vacuum if you plan on using it as a vacuum and a mop. I only use it for the mopping function. For vacuum I just use my Dyson. The Bissell vacuum is bottom heavy and the flexibility and manoeuvrability of the overall design is garbage, which makes it a pain to vacuum corners and tight spaces. However, for general open space mopping, it's something I can definitely vouch for. It's made my life significantly easier to not have to use a bucket and mop when I can easily grab the Bissell and mop the floor in a few mins. It also dries very quickly as you can vacuum the excess water.

    Every 3H I've tried to use never changes on auto. Even with dusty pet birds. My 2H which has a different sensor picks up the slightest dust mote and changes speed straight away.

      No no, it is a hard floor cleaner only.
      You want a Bissell carpet cleaner like the Pro Heat 2X or similar.

        That was roborock being unresponsive though? Consumer guarantee remediation would be through Gearbyte if something goes wrong within a reasonable time. I'm happy to take that gamble….
