Yes, the Quietcomforts are Gen 1 but seem a great deal and cheapest price ever?
Bose Sports were cheaper before but again, seem like the cheapest price by far for now.

Only Black colour available at this price for both.

Just throw them out when they lose charge. They're disposable.

haha nice one i loved it

    • How do you find the sports? I just missed out on that deal. Tossing up between those and the trusty life dot 2s

I had to return mine 2 weeks ago to Bose. Still haven't had them send me new ones. The left bud stopped charging and syncing with the other. Then permanent red and white flashing light.

They are also bulky if that is an issue.

I wouldn't recommend. Returned to my over the ear headphones.

  • Hoping the Bose Frames prices drop (or the Razer Anzu rectangular comes back in stock)

  • +1 for Bose sports

Best deal for Bose sports was $99 for 2 pairs

      • Oh yes, that was my catch too

      • Yeah, but most people listed them online for $199 lol

No idea if they sold them

I have the Bose Sports - I like the sound and mic quality, but the automatic Bluetooth connection is absurdly unreliable for a premium product.

There are 2 reasons for this:
      1. The in-ear sensor is terrible at its job. 0% chance of detecting my ears (so it thinks it is not in an ear and refuses to turn on). I had to turn the function off to get a working product.
      2. The case is poorly designed such that the buds can only trigger the on/off function when it is at a particular angle inside the case - seating the buds does not automatically mean the buds are touching the charging contacts. This leads to frequent situations where a bud will fail to connect out of the case, then I would have to put the non-connecting bud(s) in the case, then flick the bud(s) until it shows a charging light, before taking it back out of the case to achieve a connection.

      • Yep, I have both of these issues and they drive me mad.
Thanks for the reminder that the in-ear detection can be turned off - doing that again right now.

  • nice catch!
