Banned 7/11 Account (G09) - How to Remove Velocity Number?

Does anyone know how to remove the Velocity number from a 7/11 account, that has been barred (G09'ed) by head office? (via Chopper)

I have created another 7/11 account and want to add my Velocity number, but it says it's already used in my banned account.

When I email 7/11, they refused to remove it, and now ignore me.
Velocity just ignore me! LOL

Do you sign up to a brand new Velocity account?

What do you guys do?

    According to an OzB post from a while back, "where 7-Eleven suspends or terminates your account, you are not permitted to create a new account to circumvent the suspension or termination".

      My new 7/11 account works fine for Petrol, Rewards, etc so I'm still going to continue to use my new account, even if against 7/11 T&C's.

      I just need to add my existing Velocity number from the Banned account.

      Anyone know how?

      Any tricks?

        lol why are people negging you.
        Its what we'd all do anyways with our new choppers.
        I guess its good that I just stick to using my velocity on main account (where I lock locally) and use my secondary accounts for locking with my chopper
        Also have been locking with chopper for years (including recent months) and no bans (maybe an android only issue)

      Looks like an alternative is just to show your Velocity card or QR code to the operator and hope he knows what to do!

      I did this before at Berowra (Sydney) 7/11 and the Indian guy didn't have any idea how to process it before nor after the sale!

    Does anyone know if there is any option for creating new account ? My device is blocked by 7 eleven. I can’t create new account when I try to sign up with my device I don’t receive the sign up email.
