Was just looking around for some deals (pretty much all night), and found this code that gives an extra 20% off already reduced contemporary items from Amazon with no minimum spend.
Shipping was around $13 for a pair of shoes and I tested 3 pair aswell which was about $20 shipping, will be cheaper for smaller items, and more expensive for things such as luggage, which is basically 100% on top of the cost of the item to ship out.

Regarding the free add-on items, that is the most efficient way I have found of sourcing as many of them as possible, you could probably run a custom search in the google link I provided if you are after something specific, but the items I have seen range from food/groceries to electrical goods, you can get more information here if you desire.
