Qudos Bank Arena - Parking

Going to a large concert next month on a Saturday at Qudos Bank Arena.

Where would be best place to park? (Not a big fan of public transport)

I know P1 is the closest but after the show it might take 1.5-2 hrs to get out and also wait time for the lift.

Anyone have passed experience of parking at P5 or P7? Are they any better?

maybe its just me but my approach is - park wherever you can. Its a large concert, going to be LOTS of people, you won't be able to pick and choose where you park.

I'm not a big fan of public transport either, but I would definitely be catching public transport in this scenario.

  • Get mum or dad to drive you there…

Best to park on a side street near Lidcombe and walk. Traffic is a nightmare when everyone is leaving so it'll probably be quicker.

Edit: I did this last week for RHCP at Accor Stadium and worked well imo. Shame the setlist sucked.

Same here, I parked in Lidcombe and walk.

  • I went to the Billie Eilish concert there last year on a Thursday night. Parked at P6 which is open-air. Had no problems getting a park, leaving the carpark or leaving the area (headed towards the inner-west after).

Probably different on a Saturday if there are multiple events on the same night.

Park in Lidcombe and walk 20 odd minutes.

    • or catch the train as it's free with a ticket (usually)

  • P2 is the best place to park, easy to get in and out compare to P1. Went to a concert last week and had no issues
