    Tried em a few weeks back, only had Airjo in the past for comparison, but I found this store has much more nuance in the cup than Airjo. If you like your coffees to be more 'coffee' and less 'fruity/sweet' I'd seriously recommend their Australian Skybury single origin.

      I like Airjo Sumatra. From here I was considering El Rudo and El Capitán.

        The Sumatra was my fav from Airjo for sure. Let me know how the blends are if you end up getting them, I've only had the single origins from here.

          @FlappyFallz: I've tried chan's elixir and El Capitan, very much enjoyed both, rich and smooth, bitta choc, maybe ended up leaning to el capitan as my prefered between the two

  Is the roast level of the beans different between "wholebeans espresso" and "wholebeans filter" in the grind size options?

  It would be helpful indicating what roast level those beans are at.

    It's a bit confusing to mix up roast level and grind size in the 'grind type' options, but since they are both whole beans, it seems pretty reasonable to assume the espresso/filter refers to the roast level, and that the espresso is a darker espresso roast and the filter is a light/medium filter roast.

  I’ve bought beans from various specials on ozbargain. The bean cartel ones have personally been the worst, not awful but noticeable worse than say Airjo. They also took ages to ship.

  I can highly recommend "Black Rose".
  I split 4 of their blends with a couple of friends last deal, and both friends loved the Black Rose.

  I am impressed. Ordered on Sunday 12th and I just got it delivered today (Melbourne).
  There is also roast date in packaging. Roasted last week so still too fresh to open them.
  I will let them rest for another week. Hope coffee is as good as delivery :)
