Please note that Speed Boost™ is only available to Superloop residential nbn customers who joined after 6 February 2023.

Classic get stuffed to anyone who has been with them for any period of time.

Also looks like they've made a new member portal (which existing customers can't access) & the old portal is broken atm.

    • Just churn like I did. It's all a game. Loyalty doesn't exist. They love the CBF churning existing customers

There are inconsistencies on the updated Superloop website. In the About Speed Boost section it says…

If you joined Superloop before 6 February 2023, please contact us on 1800 57 87 37 to gain access Speed Boost™.

    • They just let me apply for one of the new plans and the old will cancel at the same time. I got the boost and the new customer pricing for 6 months

Been using the speed boost on exetel occassionally and works well.
Does superloop have the same 5 a month, banked unused ones over time setup? (i assume so considering exetel link)

    • +2

5 a month for free and banked for 30 days.

With the push of a button, temporarily boost your Superloop nbn speed (for 24 hours) with up to 5 FREE Speed Boost Days every month. Unused days rollover into your Boost Bank™ to a max of 30 days. Purchase additional Speed Boost Days for just $2/day.

Please note that Speed Boost™ is only available to Superloop residential nbn customers who joined after 6 February 2023. Only customers whose nbn plan service speed is between 50/20Mbps and 250/25Mbps (and only 50/20Mbps for FTTN) qualify for 5 FREE Speed Boost Days per month and Boost Bank™. All Superloop residential nbn customers (except those on 500/50Mbps plan) on these technology types are able to purchase Speed Boost Days in SuperHub for $2/day.

5 a month for free and banked for 30 days.

Just a small clarification on that (their own language is confusing) but it’s actually banking ‘up to’ 30 days (ie. not a time limit but an amount of days maximum).

    7. A mix of overseas and AU support.
    8. Potential credit check.

I think it's an account credit, but the Superloop account link is broken so I can't find the details
