No mate. I mean you can buy 2 copies and add one in your Steam library and gift one to your friend but you can't have both. Unless you are willing to share your Steam account with your friend.

I'm not sure about the Hogwarts game DRM, but with Steam games you can have multiple playing the same game if only one of them is playing online, the other offline.
You may miss achievements etc, but it works under Steam Family Share.
If the Hogwarts DRM is Denuvo, you only need to access online once periodically, it was either weekly or monthly. I believe Denuvo has limits on installs as well.
For the love of god, don't buy deluxe. Rewarding the publishers for this kind of bizarre early access in a single player game is madness. The game isn't going to go anywhere from today until the normal launch is.

I dunno about that, Harry Potter is a behemoth of an IP. Early reviews indicate this is a fantastic game and the first to truly deliver on what so many fans have wanted for ~20 years.
Tbh I'm quite ignorant. I've never once read/seen any harry potter and I'm not a game player. You are probably correct. It feels like it from my perspective because I doubt I'd even know about it if it wasn't for all the hoo ha.

The base roots of the term would have come from people taking someone's dislike to mean they are irrationally afraid of trans people. Given some of the stuff spouted by people who believe the very acknowledgment of the existence of trans means that the world will end and the beer will go off, it's not a huge jump to make!
I heard recently about sinophobia which is from the 1900s and I would argue not requiring fear of the subject in question
A sinophobe is "one who has a violent aversion to Chinese ways or power". While this does fit the definition of phobia you provided (aversion), it doesn't state you have to be extremely/irrationally afraid of it (unless the definition I got was cut off)
