$50 deposit now. Delivery expected 12 May 2023.

Includes a physical version of the game, an artbook with concept art, a Steelbook case, an Iconart steel poster and a set of four pin badges.

      Things like Cyberpunk went crazy, often it pays to resell when the hype is at its biggest.

      As collector items to display on your shelf, no. The build quality all these video game collector editions are often made from cheap materials and machine painted in mass. In terms of keeping them sealed and reselling at a higher price a few years down the line, some dummy head will always pay up.

        I agree as well. All these CE’s with the art book are just lazy. It started with Metroid, which was quite nice how it covered art throughout the series, but it was just pictures. If the books had text that gave backstory or context they’d be a lot better. Surely wouldn’t be hard for them to do that.

      AU one wasn’t great but given they removed the case. Initial EB orders when that went live had the same contents as the US advertised then they dropped the Switch case the following day but the price remained the same.

    XC3, Bayonetta 3 and FE Engage collector's editions were only about $140 whereas this is another $50 and I wouldn't say you really get anything much better. I'll pass and stick with my $75 Amazon pre-order.

      It's very mid for the price and is probably only worth reselling (not that I agree with the practice).

    Pass. Too pricey for what's included - pins and a small metal poster aren't worth the extra cost on top. Plus descriptions don't say how many pages the art book has…

    Honestly expected them to show off that Zelda OLED console that was leaked out of a Chinese warehouse, bit disappointed that they didn't ):

    Collector's editions experiencing that price inflation. More than double the price of the game for a steelbook, steel poster, pins and an artbook lol.

      It’s the only reason I preordered from Amazon. With EB Games or JB Hi-Fi, I can pick it up on release day whereas with Amazon AU, I usually receive my game on the following Monday to Wednesday. Not to mention I am still waiting for my preordered Fire Emblem Amiibo that was supposed to be released on Jan 20 and it is already nearly a month!

      Lucky I ended up getting the Amiibo from Big W.
