I've owned these for a few years now and loved them; paid full RRP back then and don't regret it.

Some notes for anyone interested (usual reminder that a lot of headphone impressions are subjective and your experience may differ):

• They do have a very warm, relaxed sound. Deep bass but not head shaking to me.
• With noise cancelling disabled, the bass can be overpowering to the remaining frequencies. I feel they are tuned to work best with NC always on.
• NC is good but not to the level of Sony/Bose/Apple etc. The way I think about it is it removes enough distracting noise to let you enjoy the music; where other headphones will try and remove as much noise as possible, then focus on music playback
• Ambient sound mode is surprisingly excellent. On par if not better than my 1st Gen AirPods Pro.
• They can be underwhelming out of the box, burn them in to get the best out of them
• Very comfortable but the headband can cause hotspots after an hour or so of use (on the top of my head). I added dekoni nuggets to eliminate the issue.
• The app is basically pointless. No EQ so you have to like the sound as is.
• No mulitpoint. Not an issue for me but many seem to like it.

  V-shaped sound with a lower mid dip, wide staging, no other real stand out qualities. This is an OK price for what it delivers.

    Probably. But either burn them in or give your ears time to adjust to their sound and it does help. Thought I made a mistake in the first week but pushed through that and it got better.
