I never bought hot and spicy. Is it for the normal pieces of chicken?
I had hot for things like strips and such but they often overcook those and the crumbling is too heavy so it feels like ones eating rocks.
I tried the hot and crispy and to say i was underwhelmed was a huge understatement.

@Clear: Hot and Spicy quality varies wildly these days i found, shadow of what it was 20 years ago in that sense. No idea why. On it's day its a nice flavour and little tang. Nobody ever said it was the hottest or spiciests and there are many options when it comes to dousing chicken with sauces. It was never meant to be that, it's for mass market and always has been.
@Xizor: They've been offering another version of hot and spicy with the sauce on and off for years. If you actually want spicy with the current one you'll have to since it's so inconsistent.

yeah, it says they waive the $8.95 delivery fee, but jack the price up if you are getting it delivered. Not sure if you select delivery if it is normally $25.95 + $8.95 delivery fee, or $21.95 + $8.95 delivery fee. I always pick up, so have no idea
They've been doing this since at least October https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/728875, a different pickup price from delivery is stupid when they charge $9 for delivery.

@CodeXD: For what its worth, I don't. I wouldn't normally speak like this but I'm a 6'4, 90 kg basketballer built strong and lean who goes to the gym everyday. I do love the occasional KFC feed though (no more than weekly), typically after a grueling workout, a draining basketball game or a full day of cricket in 40 degree heat. Nothing wrong with that
