I suspect this is a targeted offer.
This applies for both the entirety of February and March so potentially get $30 back all up. No minimum spend, it seems that as long as you use your card 10 times you'll receive the reward.

  I have an offer for $25 cashback for February and the same for March.

  Was very easy to get the cashback for February. Went to the supermarket and did 10 split bill transactions (of varying amounts of less than $1.00 each) for the same grocery shopping. Then 12 days later I received the cashback. Now to repeat for March.
