What’s the best cracker/biscuit to go with cheese. We have a variety of cheeses so what’s the best cracker/biscuit to bring out the taste in your opinion? Also what cheese do you recommend?

Cheeeeesssssse Gromit! Sorry can't resist.

If you have quality cheese, go with a plain cracker or wafer or lavosh, or even a sliced baguette.
Otherwise, it probably doesn't matter if you have a salty jatz or whatever.

Cant go wrong with waterthins
Light
Crispy
Nice to eat as a snack by itself anyway
'Neutral' taste so you can actually taste the cheese flavour profile
cheds

yo i heard you like cheese so we put cheese on your biscuit so you can have cheese while you have cheese
( i do love cheds though )

add some sweet chili sauce

make your own.

I use Waterthins ($3.20 at Coles). Cheese, d'Affinois. Shop around as can come on sale as low as $50kg but most regularly $80-90kg

For proper cheese I like the Lavosh crackers the best.
For plain ol' Bega or whatever while sitting on the couch watching crap TV I'm a fan on the Coles Chicken Snack Bites https://shop.coles.com.au/a/national/product/coles-snack-bit… . Just the right amount of flavour and saltyness.

Fave is Costello double cream brie on wafer thin cracker.
If I'm eating the Tasmanian blue cheese, I prefer a pepper water cracker.
I also prefer the water thin crackers with dips.
Wafer thin crackers are best, have look at OB crackers, but just the plain ones….

savoy crackers.. had some havarti last night, but I prefer Jarlsberg cheese

Savoy cracked pepper are great. The rosemary variety was amazing but they discontinued them :'(
brie with honey, dried fruit and heavily marinated sicilian olives in garlic and olive oil, dark chocolate and whiskey
plain wafer so you can taste everything else
