The voucher entitles the Strand loyalty member to reduce their purchase by the $ amount on their voucher. Voucher number must be provided at the time of the transaction to redeem. Voucher is not valid: in Strand factory outlet stores; in conjunction with any other promotional voucher, on online only special offers including luggage bundles; on a prior purchase; on shipping costs or on the purchase of Gift vouchers. Voucher is valid for one use only and is not transferable. Voucher must be redeemed in full, in a single transaction, during the redemption period. One voucher per transaction. No cash or credit will be issued for the balance of the loyalty voucher not redeemed in full.
To redeem instore: Print this email, write down the voucher code or show on your smartphone to Strand staff at the time of transaction. You will need to provide your membership details to redeem.
To redeem online: In the shopping bag section, simply log into your account and enter the voucher code in the REDEEM A LOYALTY VOUCHER CODE OR PROMO CODE box and your discount will be applied. Please note that the shipping charges will be calculated after the discount has been applied.
