Serious question: What makes these better than $3 pair from Kmart? Anything other than the looks?
One of the reasons I am asking as I am quiet 'heavy' and moth thongs end up flat like a sheet of cardboard after a short while. One thing if you spend 3 bucks, a different story if you spend 20 plus
I personally find the rubber to be of a higher quality than cheap alternatives. But that’s just me. The designs and colour combos are nice too.
If you’re ‘heavy’ (or just plain heavy), you might squish any rubber on which you walk… I’d say it’s worth trying them. But I’m the type of person that likes to give things a go!
The proper Havis (the $20-30 RRP ones that usually go for $10-15 on sale) have high quality rubber, best I've put my feet one (I've worn/broke the cheapo ones from Big W/K-Mart). I still have a couple of pairs left, most of mine "disappeared" with family members/foxes/thieves.
