    Not sure if it's targeted? The app Offers me the following credit options for Krispy Kreme:

    Buy 20 get 15 extra (1 per customer)
    Buy 50 get 20 extra
    Buy 100 get 50 extra
    Buy 500 get 500 extra

    Not sure i want to sink $500 into liven credit for essentially 50% off :/

        Whilst interesting as I wasn't aware that Krispy Kreme still had trans fats, I'm not sure how it's relevant to my comment? Are you able to avail the same discount of 50% on liven credit by spending 50 for 100?

    I support OP's thoughts here. Not much talk about Liven in Ozb. I have been literally drinking half price coffee from Puzzle coffee, from past 1 year buying foodollars in Liven.

      yeah some decent deals from their foodollars program. the foodollars credit has no expiry date which is good but if the restaurant is closing down or something, they will refund the original amount we paid as Rewards credit. they should refund to the bank to be fair

        No they will ask you for an option of refund to original payment or refund as liven credits with 5 percent extra. You can choose whichever you want. I have had this situation before and got it refunded to my original payment.

          Probably they changed or with a different chat rep. Mine was on Oct 2021. From memory, they asked to offer a refund and I said yes. Then it is added to the app credits. I would have chosen the original payment if there was an option

    I thought this was common knowledge? I eat solely from Liven and eatclub places. I can't remember the last time I paid full price at a restaurant. Solely 50% off on liven or 30-40% off on eatclub.

    Liven is all fun and game until you encounter some issue (eg: can't apply fooddollar when paying and had to fork out full price on meals). Contacted customer service and they said: "oh, the best thing we can do is refunding you the fooddollar, and this is one off gesture of goodwill from us". Ultimately, I spent $200 real cash on food, when I expect to spend $100 on fooddollar (for $200 credit).
