          LEDs can get brighter however the colors aren't that exciting. I have a Lifx too. In comparison the colors are much nicer on Lifx. Although this is 1/3 of the Lifx price.

            @navap: If you don't mind…how is the quality of the white modes?

            Mainly interested in white accent lighting for behind cabinet trims at night so would need to be more warmish and diffused (without gaps between the leds).
