Feels like Kogan is just full of AliExpress drop ships and grey imports these days. With their crap warranty as well it never seems worth to buy from them.
Yes, need to be very careful with whether you are actually ordering from Kogan or a 3rd party that has decent reputation for delivering goods as ordered.
That was my experience with some ebay sellers. Claimed to be in Oz but took 4 weeks fr Sydney to Melb.
They all do this now. Item location shows as Australia, if you go to the profile it will say China.
Yeah, n ebay s rule now makes it difficult to get a refund…
You guys don't filter by 'Australia Only' under item locations? The cheap no-name Chinese branded stuff I buy off ebay still arrive within a week so there must be plenty of locals with stock already instead of having to settle for those using dropshipping.
@vawiyoci: That's the thing, they list the item as in Australia but are still located overseas. It doesn't help.
@JSONBourne: Interesting since once you filter by that criteria their profiles will say they're based in some generic Sydney or Melbourne area instead of China. And like I said in my own personal experience they've all arrived under a week with local auspost stamps on the outside etc.

It probably means the product is not eligible for free shipping or discounts. Which product are you trying to buy. I will try and see if I get the apply voucher option at the checkout.
