Received an email from Toys R Us, about a flash sale on this freight train for $199, RRP $299. Not sure how long the sale is for.

    I did the same when mine was 3 :/ actually there's 3 lego train sets waiting for him… Yes I have a problem.

    I'll get it out when he's 5 i think. He won't build it but he'll play with it.

    But i think i like this one the most out of all of them. Shame i don't need 4 train sets :p

    Can confirm built similar one together with 4.5 yo amd he plays with it no problems. Be prepared for him to put things on the track and crash into them though :)

  I can get $10 cashback from Toys R Us if I spend $50 or more. Expires tomorrow, though.

  These train sets are good value at $199, however they have such long retirement years, on average around 5 years. So if you are not in a hurry I will wait it goes 50% off before I buy one.
