We have a Sleep Republic Queen mattress which is similar price wise as well as construction to Dusk & Dawn. Very nice mattress.

    • Thanks for that! Do you know when they go on the best discounts?

All the Mattresses I have seen in store all say they are 40% off but doesn’t seem like a good deal.

      Thanks!

Don't believe those 40-50% tactics. Just tricky marketing with high RRP to make the discounts sound bigger than they really are.
I think you just missed Sleep Republics $100 off mattresses, hard to gauge when they will have another sale. Generally, boxing day or Black Friday

Why, specifically, have you been looking at Dusk & Dawn? I mean seriously, what made you spend enough time looking at this extra-expensive mattress-in-a-box to post about it on OzBargain?

Viral marketing aside, for what it's worth, the base model "Essential MK2" is nearly twice the price of an Eva, for what? https://eva.com.au/products/eva-mattress More or less an identical mattress. At least, go with Sleep Republic for the same price and actual non-shill reviews.

Seriously dude, if you're not a shill, go with an Eva. I liked mine so much I bought one for my parents.

So many necro L accounts this month.

    • Hello! I have just been looking online, pretty fresh to any brands at the moment. My partner has chronic back problems so I’m a bit more weary with mattresses. How’s the Eva long term? When do you suspect to see a good discount on them?

      Thanks!

I would expect to see a 'good' discount on them right now. A queen sized Eva mattress is currently $800. The discount comes around fairly often. We've had ours for well over a year and experienced no problems at all.

We bought an Eva around 2-3 years ago. No issues at all. I’m 100kg, wife is around 60-70kg.
Old mattress we had aches and pains from it, new one we don’t …. But prob any new one would have been better than the old.

        • Thanks for that!

There seems to be a new product called Eva Plus, I’m looking to see if that’s worth the additional cost compared to the original. Have you had any experience on it?

          Thanks!

          • @Kobe1027: I haven’t looked at their site since buying ours. I don’t know the new one.

            @Kobe1027: Just looked.
I’d buy the $800 one not the plus.
They have a 1 year trial, so if after a while you don’t like it they will pick it up. Get you money back or buy the more expensive one I guess.
Like I said, we are happy with ours and paid about what the current price is now, $800.

            • @PVA: Thanks a lot, appreciate the help.

We have a Noa, ended up being $750 delivered after discounts. Only had it for a year, but it's held up well, no real issues
