Manila Nonstop $649 or Hong Kong $621 Return from Sydney on Philippine Airlines via Momondo

280

Some good fares on full service flights to either Manila (nonstop) or Hong Kong (via Manila).
Dates are quite limited, a few in August, October and November 2023. All flights are on Philippine Airlines.

Example fares - Sydney to Manila $649 return
Sydney to Hong Kong $621 return

I like to first search in Google Flights to find other dates - just use their filters (either nonstop for Manila, or restrict the flight duration for Hong Kong so you only see dates with short stops; unless you want a long stop). Then, searching in Momondo will usually drop the price by around $30 or so for the real bargain hunters.

            • @Techie4066: wow, google search of archives. I bet every airline has at least one horror story. J* has many

              • @battler: You must've been living under a rock. Ever heard of Swissport? You might actually need to do some Google searching with a few key words.

  • Nothing from melb?

    • There were only a couple of dates in November - $650 ish to HKG and $700 ish to MNL

  • Looking to go for 30 days in August. Thanks OP advising how you search for flights

  • Thanks for sharing the deal. Bought one ticket!

  • Just bought a 27 day return ticket SYD to MNL for April/May with Cebu Pacific for $450 (incl 20kg luggage)

That said if I had seen this first, i would have booked it with PAL.

and Aus passport holders don't need a visa for <30 days.
