Hi all, first time poster. Hopefully I got this tagging right. Been looking at a pair of Alphaflys for $370 on Nike website for the past few months. Saw the shelves stocked today with the orange model at Birkenhead Point for $240. These are the shoes worn by Eliud Kipchoge. No they won't make you run as fast as him. Yes they're comfortable to run in and will probably shave some seconds of your personal best.

Nike Streakfly in orange is also down to $160 from $230.

      Elite long distance running shoes. Look up Eliud Kipchoge who is the current Marathon record holder, he was one of the first to wear these, and now heaps of runners use these.

    Hot really a bargain.
    Birkenhead and DFO Nike Outlets (NSW) always have 20-40% lower prices on last years' shoes, and even on new ones prior next model releases.
    3-4 times a year they have storewide off (usually 30-40% on everything) - these ARE a bargain

    Really good price for the current model.

    These shoes are not for everyday wear and are specifically designed for road running races. They are not comfortable to walk in as everyday trainers because they have a lot of pop to them due to the foam + carbon-fiber plate in the midsole.

    I also do not recommend the Streakfly. Just go for the Vaporfly or Alphafly because these just feel way better.
