Browsing their website, headed into the checkout with a cart over $50 and can't see free shipping, only regular, click n collect, express or fast, also can't see the header on top of their web page stating free shipping over $50.

Just got excited because I didn't realize that was for a sister website.
Except one of the items I am buying multiple of is a whopping $8 more expensive per box. So that completely throws the savings from free shipping out the window.

I think they are using the Bunnings model of having lower prices until you wipe out the smaller competition and once they are gone, bump up the prices.
Or perhaps they are going for the "do you want fries with that" model, by dragging people into their stores (aka Click & Collect) and hoping people buy more
theyve also entirely removed regular discounts on certain products that qualified for multiple pack discounts….we used to get 6 for the price of 5 on every order for necessary medical aids for a family member and now theyve gone & removed that as well.
absolutely screwing their regular customers over now…our regular order has gone from $170 to $340! thats insane profit gouging.
I believe that's called the free market within capitalism, something I suspect you generally defend. Use your freedom - go shop somewhere else.

Merged from Chemist Warehouse Now Charging $9.99 for Scripts by Mail
I normally get my monthly script from Chemist Warehouse posted to me free of charge. As of this month (March) they are now charging a minimum of $9.99. I just rang up and asked them to return my repeat scripts to me. I'll buy from the local chemist now, which is slight more expensive.

if you have a Chemist Discount Centre near you, they price match CW.
Damnit. No free post here either - went to check out with $132 order including script - The charge is $9.99 for postage.
Cancelled additional items leaving my $29 script - $9.99 postage. No answer from their call centre, but the store advises that if I call during office hours, as it was an e-script, I may be able to transfer my script back to my phone/email and have it fulfilled in store.
I just want my script back now so I can shop elsewhere.I switched to SuperPharmacy.com.au which does free postage for scripts

This sucks. Tried to checkout with a $200+ order. 5OFF150 doesn't work. FS7824 (free shipping) doesn't work.
They want to charge me $9.99 extra for shipping with the cheapest method. Only free method is Click and collect.$9.99 is way more than it costs to drive or walk to the store. Going to do that to save $10.
