Lol what was it…3 in stock! :(

  • They were reduced in price because they were short dated with expiry of 16/05/23

  • 16/05/23 was the expiry it was an amazon warehouse item so not a pricing error nice find though!

Who's paying $53 for 12 bars? Even $17 for 12 seems overpriced for the protein content. Only benefit over wpc/i seems to be slightly more convenience.

    Damn, I always miss these

These make you bloated and gassy. Avoid.

    • -1

have never had this problem + they are lower cal than many other products with similar amounts of protein

Do you have any evidence to back this other than your own personal experience? Do you have any relevant qualifications to support this claim? I doubt it..

These contain a lot of fibre, while also being sweetened by erythritol, both of which can upset your stomach in large enough quantities. If you're eating a lot of sugar alternatives, that might lead to gastric distress, hence the recommendation by Quest themselves to eat no more than 1 bar a day.

Try to look into the balance of what's in your diet before claiming an issue with the product.

While these products are a good stepping stone to healthier eating, calling them 'nutrition' cookies is a bit of a leap.

    • 'Quest Nutrition' is the brand
'Cookies and Cream' is the flavour

they call them protein bars i believe
