As many ladies know, I’ve already got a trunk and pair.

    • Yeah but yours was to S and now they want an L

Am I blind or there is no mention of material on the website?

OP do you have anything in cotton? Or maybe 95% cotton.

    • Hi There

Sorry, it was our fault for not specifying material. They are
      95% Cotton, 5% Elastane.

  • Wow I didn't know Kappa was still around

    • They are heavily still around in Italy/Europe, Sponsor a lot of Major Sport Teams.
Id expect to see them grow heavily in Australia/USA as alot of people do still remember the brand it just disappeared of shelves for a fair while and just stuck to the Italian market more so.

  • Size charts for this brand would be helpful
Many other brands listed but not these.

You sell a lot of cheap underwear from different brands but don't disclose they are factory seconds/issues in manufacture and didn't meet QA standards. Found this out the hard way when I ordered from a different deal from you. The fabric and threading clearly was not the quality that one expects.

      Hi there

No, they are all brand new with tags/original packaging. No seconds or manufacturer issues.

    • I bought some Bonds from Zasels. They were new, still with the original packaging and tags.

      • I bought the exact same pair of underwear from Zasels that I bought from Bonds in-store. The style and colour were meant to be identical.

When I received the Zasels ones they were absolutely without a doubt different in both material and stitching. Barcode was the same on the tags for both store. The Zasels ones are either seconds or worse, counterfeit. I will give the seller the benefit of the doubt and not speculate they are counterfeit but this was certainly a valid observation that the Bonds logo was different.

There are heaps of these type of products you can buy from Aliexpress where they don't mention the brand name as they are seconds but allude to the fact they are from a "well known anti-chafe brand" e.g. Step Underwear or have the Bonds name blurred but not enough to not make out "Bonds" on the waistband.

There are a few instances like mine in previous deals if you refer to them.

        Buyer beware.

Same as @His_Holiness for me. I have bought Bonds undies directly from Bonds, Harris Scarf, Woolworths, and most recently Zasel. The ones I got from Zasel had the same tag (made in Indonesia), identical stitching & brand logo. I assumed the ones from Zasel were cheaper because they were an unpopular pattern. The quality of Bonds have gone down in recent years. Under normal usage conditions, the ones I bought from the other stores have all started to come apart much earlier than i would expect from Bonds.

Thanks for your feedback and support everyone.

All our stock is authentic as it is illegal to sell counterfeit products in Australia.

In regards to Bonds, we purchase our stock directly from Bonds ( Hanes Australia ) here in Melbourne. I encourage anyone who doubts the legitimacy of our goods to contact them directly.

Usually materials/colours and where they are made vary no matter the style.

  • Website's lack of material and country of origin are basic fails.

  • @gkoutau any chance of adding a shipping option that isn't Aramex?

My last order took three times as long to arrive (metro sydney) and arrived after later purchases which shipped via regular parcel post.

Or at least clearly mention/warn customers that you ship using Aramex on the website.

    • Hi There

Thanks very much for your feedback!

We use a number of different couriers however Aramex and Australia Post make up 80% of all orders. If you order again, please send us an email and we will use an alternate courier for your order.

      • Thanks for the reply, but no thanks.

Aramex is a dealbreaker for me (and given the number of mentions here, many others too) and frankly it's easier for me to shop elsewhere then mess around with emails trying to override your systems.

Whatever costs you're saving through least-cost shipping through Aramex, surely can't be worth the grief of handling complaints and general sub-par service. It certainly isn't to me.

  • May stack with WELCOME10 code for 10% off…

  • These just arrived. I'm not a fan of the sizing.

I normally wear M in other brands, but I went with L because I recently purchased underwear in Italy and found their L to be a better fit. These are still too small.
