      We bought a set for parents in law, and it was an absoloute *****show of an experience dealing with the dropkicks at Emma. Crap customer service. Non-responsive/very hard to deal with once they have your money. Blown out delivery dates, refused to cancel order (even though they spruik easy returns, surely that's saving money at all levels of the supply chain for them???) , told multiple different stories with regards to delivery, and an absoloute disconnect with their logistics team/ courier.

      Be very, very careful ordering from Emma Sleep. We had no issues with delivery, however ultimately decided the mattress wasn't for us - I found it very thin and hard, lucking any real comfort layer and as a result was getting bad back soreness. Didn't have a problem with this, as that is why they have the 100 night trial, but the returns process has been an absolute nightmare. Automated response to first email and nothing afterwards. Followed up several times, no response. Tried calling them repeatedly over numerous days before they eventually answered - it just kept ringing off with no answer. I eventually kept hanging up and redialing until they finally answered. From here process went smoothly initially, however they will not refund until the mattress is collected and I have been told by the charity that this is ~7 weeks away. Tried contacting Emma again to discuss this and guess what, no response. We have now gone with Sleep Republic and will be keeping the mattress as it is far superior from our perspective.

        Can vouch for excellent service from Sleep republic. Had to return the mattress as it wasn’t for us (too plush, this was several years ago). Very friendly and efficient process. I felt bad we couldn’t keep their mattress at the time due to the great service received.

    I don’t know how good they are but my local Op Shop had one of their mattresses.
