  HYPE DC is one of the worst stores when it comes to rewarding for loyalty program, bought a few shoes of them for personal use went to purchase these today and my $40 reward was missing, I got advised I am a commercial buyer? Even told them happy to send pics of all shoes for wife, myself and two kids but no help at all..

    I boycotted HypeDC a long time ago. I bought several pairs of shoes online and had a pair of defective Addidas ones. I brought them to a store and a guy there denied it and said I wore them, therefore, can't take them back for resale. Why do you want to resale a defective item? Even though I pointed out there are a lot of similar cases to mine online. I went to chat online for a solution but they don't want to do anything. I just contacted my Amex and Amex did a chargeback. Crap service.
