I just saw this TV is newly discounted to $3199 today on Samsung’s website.
As per advice elsewhere on Ozbargain, I emailed [email protected] and asked for the Samsung loyalty discount for Neo QLED TVs, and they quickly replied offering me a 30% off voucher, which got me a $2239.30 price with free delivery.
If you are talking with loyalty and getting 30% make sure to mention that you’d also like another code (15%) for a soundbar. Would need to put through as a separate order. For example
Q930B soundbar, https://www.samsung.com/au/audio-devices/soundbar/q930b-blac… $1499 less $600 = $899 less 15% is $764 free shipping.
Just searched the internet - unfortunately with the 15% promo,

So it’s a bit of a wash.
Very grateful to the Samsung reps though, they really wanted to facilitate the sale - gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling to deal with them after sweating over whether this loyalty discount was too good to be true (or not!)

When talking to Samsung chat, you say you would like to purchase a Qled TV,. you need to take a photo of the serial bar code of another Samsung product and and submit that to them. They will confirm if that serial number is legit and offer you the code. https://www.samsung.com/au/
I just emailed asking for the 30% discount for the “Neo QLED tv” - mentioning I was a loyal customer. Got back immediately, and said they’d like to chat.
On that call, they were more interested in what I’d like to buy than chasing verification, but I did mention the Samsung appliance I bought recently.
I did notice the cheeky buggers have put the RRP price up. Mine was RRP $4499 less $1200 discount, less 30% loyalty. Total $2,309.30. Delivered. Purchased late January
Must hold, resist temptation! Still at least a year until my house build is done and i can get my cinema room started. Ill probably find a better deal on newer stock by then, kinda want 85 inch to.
I got the 85 for 3.5k during black friday. I could never get oled in the same size for that price. It’s an awesome tv all round.

Weird … it shows 3199 on the shop front, but go to checkout and it shows 3999
Edit: I think it may be sold out which is why that error may be happening. I called Samsung, and they can't see a price at all on their side.
Samsung has just told me price is meant to be 3999. 3199 was an error. (Perhaps a future promo)
I was offered to buy when chatting with them this morning to get the loyalty code. But said I'll check with the missus. Lesson learned, next time :)
@jpz Hopefully you get it for that price … I clicked through, got to the checkout, got the 2239 price. Called Samsung, asked if I could cancel my existing order because I want to get this instead, they said yes. Asked them to hold while I ordered this … then the price jumped back up to 3999 in my cart … then found out 3199 was a pricing error :(

I'm torn … my QN85B arrives on Monday … but I prefer this TV … wish I just paid at 2239 while it was in my cart and then cancelled the other order!!

Samsung offered $2099 for 75" QN85B and $1954 for 85" BU8000.
@CrazyBargainCatcher: It's voucher applied price. Samsung has different voucher with different discount.
75" QN90B will be $2799 after voucher applies.
For Neo QLED and Frame LED, it's 30% voucher. For Crystal LED, small discount.
For 85" BU8000, JB Hifi is cheaper.
I got emailed the receipt - transaction completed. I actually was walked through the purchase by the sales assistant online.

It's live again on the website! I was able to buy this TV with the loyalty voucher and got $57 cashback tracked thru Cashrewards.
Worth noting that if you were looking for 65" inch model and the loyalty voucher worked with that TV, price would come down to $1679.30 delivered.
