I'm using the MR16 ones, not great on their own but I have 6 in a hallway so bright enough together though not sure if I'd use them in an open room. Beam is a quite spotty so prob not great if fittings are spaced apart a lot.
Just expect the driver to fail or the LEDs to get a bad solder joint causing them to either flicker or stop the lot from working, but at $1 who's gonna complain (even at $1 each they are disposable items (unfortunately for the enviroment))
Agreed, i bought 20 of it when i moved to new house..and some of them flicker..so decide to return everything and change to philips..
It is bargain if it is just for outdoor or something you dont pass by often..

you could probably arbitrage with these on ebay if you are already selling.
cheap, but the 15,000 hrs running time is when there is no electricity running through them.
for someone with bad luck with cheap stuff (like me), it's probably down to 150 hrs when heat and voltage applied, then flickity flick from there on…
Of course, YMMV.
