Yeah as a fellow wide-footer I agree. But at least they included wide variations in the sale this year, traditionally they’ve been excluded from sales altogether.

Yeah there were a handful of size 8-9 pairs available across multiple styles when I first posted the link, but 90 mins and 700+ clicks later we’re pretty much scraping the bottom of the barrel. RMs rarely go on sale so everyone jumps on the bandwagon at the slightest hint of a discount, it is what it is.
Nothing decent for comfort craftsman for me. I was on within 5 mins of it posted. Just the crap colours.
Not sure what to tell you mate, unless you’re a size 10+ there were definitely a handful of options still in stock when I posted the deal. I doubt all of them would have sold out within 5 mins of posting but I guess it’s possible with the volume of traffic coming from OzBargain.
If you’re still keen on discounted RMs, try Assefs (https://assefs.com.au/collections/men-s-r-m-williams-boots). I considered posting this as a deal here but it looks like you need to request availability and can’t purchase directly so I decided against it. They do specifically list items as “sold out” though so there’s a good chance the others will be in stock or available for shipping within a reasonable timeframe.

@ringooo: Yeah, they were even like we can refund you but we never got there.
I tried a few different ones and they were okay with an exchange to anything.
@abs898: Curious which store and how long ago it was. The ones i went to mentioned they can move between sizes but not fit ie F, G or H
@rakkihizoku: A couple of months ago at Chadstone, Melbourne central/Emporium.
I couldn't find the fit so was sent to a couple of stores who had stock. Each store was happy to help with any kind of swap.
I was in the Melb central store a couple of months ago and this came up as I was asking about whether they'd polish a pair bought from a 3rd party.. they said that they were cracking down on it if its out by more than a couple of sizes
Unfortunately basically no sizes available in the wide fits. Disappointing.
