    • The Store seemed to be operating from two different States
    • There were 2 ABN associated with the Store, one being cancelled.
    • The Store was banned from OzBargain for charging GST at checkout, in contravention of the Act.

    On 17/3/2023

    • The Store Owner contacted OzBargain Moderators.
    • The Store was set up in and operates from VIC. The Owner has moved to QLD and the business registration was transferred to QLD.

    On 18/3/2023

    • The correct ABN was identified.
    • The GST issue was corrected. It was a configuration error in the e-Commerce store.
    • The store ban was lifted. The Moderators are now satisfied to the bona fide of the business.
    • The previous post offering 12% discount is marked expired, following the correction to the GST issue.

    Why does GST need to be added on top and can't be inclusive since you claim to be an Aussie company out of Noosa?

    Where is the bargain? No bargain is specified.

    $80 for shorts is an absolute rip off for an unknown brand.

      Pretty sure it is illegal to add gst after (for an Aussie store.) Could be wrong

      We previously had an offer which you can see in our history where multiple users asked for a "Bargain", so we have given the largest bargain we can provide.

      GST is already included in the price for Australian users. For some reason someone has updated our title.

      Regarding the savings, we previously had an offer of 15% off our products, and we have now increased that offer to 50% off. This is an end of season offer.

    The trading name belongs to a Discretionary Trust registered as trading on the Gold Coast in Queensland. I have no idea where the Noosa bit came from.
