  • Excuse my lack of education on the subject- is the difference between this and other 25k banks simply the wattage output?

    • Most power banks won't be able to charge a laptop

    • Yeah, the 100W output on this is really good. The cheaper ones may not be able to charge a laptop and use it at the same time.

    • It is one of the difference but I would also consider the other factors.

How many ports are available? Do they suit your usage? What technology is available (QC3/QC4/PPS)? How fast it is to charge up the power bank?

For comparison, baseus 20k mAh power bank 65W for $47.99 and 100W for $76.79

      • 65w would be able to charge most laptops I reckon, but probably not when you start plugging in other things simultaneously eg. a phone. I assume a 100w output one would be able to charge say your phone and laptop simultaneously. The battery would run down pretty fast though.

Seems like this one can only output 60W, but OP's one can output 100W.

      • yeah the op's one is newer and better with higher output of 100w.

    • That's limited to 60W from a single port (72W total) as opposed to 100W (112W total).

  • Can this powerbank be taken on the plane in hand-luggage/used while the plane is in flight?

    • +1

Yes, it’s right at the top limit though.

Worth mentioning you should never check luggage with a lithium battery in it - it’s also banned by most if not all airlines
