Thanks OP, any deals on dishwasher? I’m after a 60cm freestanding stainless steel dishwasher (preferably Bosch brand).

    • Hi,
unfortunately we do not sell Bosch. However we have different brands such as ARC/Beko/Westinghouse/LG/ Fisher and Paykel.
Prices are starting from $399 for an Arc 14 place setting capacity,
      Regards

      Radu

Waiting for the "but they are cutting off gas!!!" posts…

What? When? Why? I thought QLD had plenty of gas so much that it's compressed into liquid form and exported to other countries.

That's the problem.. selling too much of it overseas. Love cooking on gas, but the annual bottle rental and prices are going stupid now. I think we'll see a lot of discounted stock dumping for these kinds of cookers herein.

Maybe that's just me and where I live? In ACT gas will no longer (apparently) be available after 2045. No more new gas connections as of later this year.
        https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-08-04/act-no-new-gas-connec…

What's funny is that I built a new house in 2016 and even then the message was to get on the gas as we had decades of cheap gas available for use.
        How quickly things change.
I feel like Governments are trying to force us off fossil fuels before we have enough viable alternatives.
We are already struggling with electricity in this country, the cost and availability are shaky at best.
Imagine another few million electric cars plugged in and charging up?
The grid will be brought to it's knees.
Not everyone wants to or has the money for panels and batteries.
As a few have said here, the ROI just isn't there on batteries yet.
I have 3 phase power and a 25 KW heating / cooling unit reverse cycle air con, what battery system will power that at 4:00 am when it is minus 7 outside?

Decades being plural can mean a minimum of 2 so the statement was correct as you'll probably get 3 decades.

A battery can generally supply 5kW of power per phase so should be enough to supply power to your 25kW air con which at 4AM in the morning won't be running at full power to maintain a comfortable sleeping temperature in a house built in 2016 which should be fairly energy efficient.

This is the kind of problem ordinary Australians can really relate to.

Only once in my near 50 year history have I EVER had our gas supply cut off in Victoria. And that was due to an industrial accident at the plant.
How many times has our electricity supply gone out? FIIK… But it's lots!
And how do they propose to 'make' all this extra electricity to compensate. Not with coal apparently! 🤦🏽‍♂️

@Snoop: with unicorns and magic fairy dust

        • We are predicted to head into a gas shortage this year. Combined with skyrocketing electricity prices, we will have to import despite so much gas here. We should really be taling advantage of it while we sort out how to make electricity cheap and sustainable. I personally will never cook with electricity until i have no other option. /rant

@Campbellske: To be fair, the handful of companies that monopolise our gas are taking advantage. Depending on what day it is, we're either the number 1 or 2 exporter of gas in the world. There is no shortage of Australian gas. This is about massive profits for ff companies and the failure of state and federal governments (Lab, Lib & Nat)

            • @kevinroast: Really, I didnt know that. That makes me feel better and worse at the same time. Just heard the UN wants no more gas by 2030. PEP11 seems like an even worse investment right now hahaha

Anyway at all to do NSW delivery?

    • Unfortunately, nope. The only option is if you're happy to organise your own courier (through tnt etc). Sorry :(

  • Would be good but not a fan of the dials at the front, prefer them up the side but decent unit for the money.
