  • Has anyone used their Samsung Care+? I remember getting the 2 year subscription with Fold4 but haven't used it yet. How does it work? Do you just get a brand new phone by paying a swap fee?

Any one here having bonus trade in code for $800 that they can spare?

They send U random colour refurbs, even if U request the same colour as the one being replaced. Refurb is not the same quality as apple replacements (also refurb) .. I wouldn't go care+ again.

    • Last year I bought S22+ with free Samsung Care+ included.
It took a month to receive the phone, then took another couple more months of headache just to activate Samsung Care+.
Lots of back and forth between asurion support and samsung online store support, because asurion unable to find my IMEI in their system, but samsung online support insist that they've sent the details to asurion.

Might be just an exception case, but if you search on Google, lots of complaints for asurion service

  • has anyone tried replacing phones ?

  • Is this a good thing to have? Got my s23 yesterday and their site quoted me $124.50
