  • is this good for adult?

    • -3

      Yes
“ Enjoy a summer full of catching excellent waves on the Body Glove H20 37" Bodyboard. This performance bodyboard is sized to fit adult riders and features a reliable and durable IXPE deck and HDPE slick with an EPS core.”

      • Must be very short adults.

    • +8

Standard adult size is 42". Kids are 33-37.

      • +2

& unfortunately postage kills the 42"

        • +4

Plus, it’s a bitch to squeeze into your carry-on for that flight to Coolangatta…

        • Thanks for this. Postage stays the same when ordering multiple.

    • Most would be a 45 for bigger people or a 42

Blue one for sale. Larger and smaller similar prices

    • Thanks for this - green wasn't in stock near me, but blue was.

    Thanks OP & 2jizzz!

For reasons I can’t really understand, I grabbed one of each. Cheers…

    • Likewise

OzHoarding. There's an odd satisfaction buying stuff you know you'll probably never use 'cause it's cheap. It's a thing.

      • +3

        It's a thing.

        No, it’s a problem.

  • +3

Awesome grabbed 2 for the kids and 1 larger one for me , cheers !

    • +1

Did exactly the same for $30 pickup as well so no shipping!!

  • +1

Looks like there are some others that are bigger also on clearance for cheap prices. https://www.anacondastores.com/water-sports/beach-surf/bodyb…

Cheers OP - grabbed a board bag as well:

I would have done likewise if I thought it could fit two x 37”s in it, but a number of reviewers said it was a tight fit for 1 x 42”, so I chickened out.

Can always cling wrap it to my luggage at the airport…

      • +3

Picked up two x 37”s and a 42" along with the bag, and can confirm that both the 37s easily fit in the bag at the same time, as did one 37 and one 42 at the same time :)

        • Thanks for the feedback. Wish I'd known before I ordered, since I'm too tight to pay shipping again for a second order!

Does it come with a carry bag for my trip to bali?

  • +1

Good find op. Stocking fillers coming early.

  • +4

Thanks OP, got. 2 of 42" adult ones as well as some other great finds in the clearance section (kids skechers $14 and lots of pool floats $5-$10) use code BIRTHDAY10 for $10 off orders over $50.

  • +3

Anaconda tingalapa has all of this stuff on half the clearance price.

Boards shown above are all gone.
Boards that are left are $7.50-$10

    Ski tubes $30-125 (usually $80 to $400)
    Ski Ropes $10
    Knee boards $75
Hats and kids swimwear from $2.50
There are also a couple of coleman dark room tents, not sure if they're 50% off the clearance price though.

That became an expensive trip fast.

  • +1

Thanks OP! Really good deal, got 2x 42" and 1x 37", $40 total with click an collect… Shipping kills the deal unfortunatelly…

    • Not really it's free shipping over $100. I got 2 boogie boards, a 2 person ski tube, a hat for my son and a giant inflatable unicorn for $117 no shipping fee.

  • How much are these normally

  • +1

Should do the trick if you go a couple times a year, but you will want to upgrade to PP or PE core if you go regularly. And get some bodyboarding fins (flippers) as well to help catch waves. Something like these: https://www.bodyboardshop.com.au/products/limited-edition-fi…

    • Or you could just like, grow a pair and stand up.

      • I'd rather not grow a pair as they drag in the water too much!
I ride a surfboard in Margaret River region, but for a lot of days the bodyboard is better suited to conditions.

        • Surfers are tougher than draggers.

Rough size guide for boards https://www.bodyboardshop.com.au/pages/bodyboard-size-guide
As you can see a 37" will be suitable for riders up to 50kg. Go the 42" for adults.

  • Sooo pitted!

  • Anaconda Chatswood has at least 10 of these left, marked at $5 (down from $15)

  • Kmart has their on clearance for $15 as well.

    • Don't get me wrong — I'm a fan of Kmart's cheapos — but I'm expecting these to be better quality. Am I wrong?

  • Not much left in the Sunny Coast; had to C&C at different stores to grab a kid's and an adult's one.

Ok. So I ordered two of them online for a click and collect at Fountain Gate, VIC. Went in store and saw plenty of stock. Did a price check and they’ve been further reduced by 50%. Got the 37inch for $5 and the 42 inch for $10.
Now about to cancel the click and collect.
    Great deal OP. Thanks 👍🏼👌🏼

      Additional info.
Apparently all summer clearance items are further 50% off. Got water slides for the kids. Down from 30$ clearance price to $15 purchase price.

    • haha ridicules , love it!

  • +1

There are many ($8 marked) in Springvale store. Better buy in store than click and collect.

  • +1

Im on my third one of these. 2 kids, one replaced under warranty.

Problem 1 the colour runs and imprints on whatever it is touching.

Problem 2 (and only happened to one of the three) the slick bottom split and came loose.

Just think that they a "one season buy" and for this price it makes sense.

  • I ordered a yellow one for delivery about 4pm yesterday but it’s been cancelled due to no stock.

  • Thanks for this.
Still quite a bit of stock in Cleveland. Grabbed a few.

  • Nothing under $15 in Kawana (came to collect a board — happy I won't have to cancel it; sad I can't have it for even less 😅).

  • I ordered 2

1 got cancelled due to no stock. I have requested the other get cancelled as it hasn't shipped yet.

  • Saw quite a few 33" marked down to $5 at the Maroochydore store (it was closed, so I only saw those through the window).
