New to Amazon according to the description. Works out cheaper than their popular 100 tablets for $50 ($45 with S&S).
Their heading is a bit confusing as you're getting 260 tablets as shown in the unit count in the description rather than 65 tablets as the heading says
CamelCamelCamel.
I was so excited to try these, and was really disappointed… ☹️
On 3 occasions, the tablet had not fully dissolved. I don’t know doing it a bad batch, but I was pretty bummed.
Back to Fairy I go. But keen on Platinum Plus…
Do you put them in the rack or detergent compartment?
They can be more effective if you just drop them in the machine since they'll start working from the prewash.
I never actually thought of this, got a decent load to do tonight so will give it a crack.
My machine is a Bosch ‘Classic’, which has a separate, standalone pre-wash function. It doesn’t seem to pre-wash as part of a standard cycle…
Perhaps that’s the reason it’s not dissolving! I’ll pop it in the main compartment to get it dissolving without any barriers. Thanks for the tip!
That’s interesting. Never had this issues with 2 different brand dishwashers I had.
Maybe try unwrap the dissolvable wraps?..
My dishwasher has pre-wash as a separate function. You can select it separately, but it ISN’T part of a normal cycle option.
Perhaps that’s the reason why… I’m going with that for now. Will pop the tablet in the main compartment and give it a go.
I've started to alternate logic and Fairy platinum plus. The platinum plus gets rid of dishwasher build up that logic leaves and the logic then cleans ok but doesnt have the fairy after smell. Using a Bosch on Eco setting as well.
How does Aldi's tablet compare to their own powder?
Haven’t use the powder. Tablet is much easier though…

Tried these the last time they were on sale. They cleaned really well but left all of my Tupperware smelling like detergent. Which then leaked into my food. It took a few weeks of using a different brand to let the smell go away.
Terrible smell.

They need to be more like 22c/tab to be ozbargain worthy.
yeah 2022 price … 22c per tablet and 22c per 100 sheet for toilet paper…
I find these don't clean half as well as Finish (at least in my dishwasher). I've stuck to Finish after using these a couple of times… Lesson learnt
