I still have boxes of this stuff before they changed them by removing the red ball in the centre of the tablets.
Wonder if they are less efficient at cleaning now - keen to hear from other people's experiences.

Weren’t great at cleaning for me. Kept finding food particles at the bottom of my cups and chalked it up to the missus being lazy and not rinsing her plates, but when I changed to fairy platinum, that stopped being an issue

You don't need to rinse your plates with a dishwasher.
Fairy has the worse smell out of all. Dishes smells like chemicals when it comes out.
With these classic ones, just prerinse (if there is alot of food stuck) and then use normally. Dishes come out clean without smelling like chemical detergent.
We use these and have no issues, we do have a Bosch dishwasher though that does a really good job of cleaning.
Got the same deal last time aswell…ordered it again as the tablets were about to finish soon.
