    I agree, you need to fix the needing to contact Allen part of this deal ASAP.
    I have bought cartridges off you in the past and you were great to deal with.

    Just need to work on getting a better cart and payment gateway setup.
    Perhaps being able to enter a code (or access a special webpage) could be the solution?
