  EBay sales have been like 365 ish for 16gig ram and 256hdd and same model, so I feel this is too much for only 8 gig of ram.

    I agree, This is a regular, if not higher than average price. Theres always these refurbished deals posted on Ozb. Below $300 and this would be a deal.
