    If you're talking about GW2 then it is a pre-purchase so you get charged instantly. I ordered GW2 from these guys before with the 20% code and they charged me instantly.

  Just tried to buy Dwarfs!? and was charged $7.49.. paypal said I could review my purchase before paying but no.. charges me and buys the game for more than advertised. I've used greenmangaming in the past and I'm sure it's just a mistake but still really annoying.

    Dwarfs!? was meant to be a 24 hour deal.

    The 75% discount expired and the product page currently shows a price of $9.99. If you then apply the coupon, it will charged you $7.49.

    However GMG are still advertising it as 75% off (US$2.49) on their home page. So it looks like they updated the product page to remove the discount and forgot to remove the ad.

    I think you've got a good case for a refund. Try contacting support and asking for a refund.

      Thanks, already wrote up a support ticket and included all the necessary evidence, haven't activated the game so hopefully they can do something.

    Yeah, GMG's support is really good. Tell them you saw the ad on the front page for 75% off but it didn't come up and you were charged before you were expected to. I don't think they'll straight refund you, but they should add credit to your account.

    I have no idea why you're seeing $80.

  Managed to get Premium for $37.50USD from GMG using this method:

  1. Change greenmangaming password to something temporary
  2. Use a free US proxy to log into the site.
  3. Add the game you want to buy to your basket.
  4. Log out of the site and close the proxy
  5. Login to the site as normal without a proxy and change your password back to something safe.
  6. Check your basket. The game you put in there should be the US version and price.
  7. Proceed the checkout.

  I wouldn't really recommend a free proxy though, better off using a legit VPN. Should work for other region restricted games.

      I kept getting "order not completed" or "could not authenticate" when trying to buy it while connected to the VPN. However using the method outlined it managed to work for me.
