If youre in a pinch for a low powered charger, then yes this is accessible (assuming a JBhifi is nearby so you wont waste much of your time + travel costs, otherwise deliver will add like $10 back on or thereabouts).
BUT, its not great for phones and tablets since it doesnt have superfast charging protocols, and even worse for laptops given the very low wattage.
So you might spend very few dollars (possibly given above travel/delivery cost assumptions)but you'll waste time waiting around, perhaps be inconvenienced if you need a charge and only have a limited time and very likely, just end up using a better charger and this will become landfill.
Also, its likely we all have similarly powered chargers from old devices just sitting inam a drawer somewhere…
