      Sendle don't offer services to all parts of Australia and the couriers hate them (because they take so much of the profit from them).

      That's comparing apples & oranges. Why should Australian society adjust to the poor performance of what is basically a monopoly service (only choice) for so many people.
      These people handle our mail,personal items,passports,credit cards etc. They are the ones who need to reform.
      30% discount of a 10% service? The whole organisation is unfit for purpose

  The absolute worst service, two of my parcels were sent to the wrong address in one week and I pay a premium for it on top of subsiding it with taxes, then read this crap.
