    I got a lot of them last year, I think also $4-$5 each. They ended up coming in a real nice box - so keeping some as gifts. I think I got 4 or so left

  Just a personal opinion (probably an outdated one) - Jotters purchased in Australia are made in two places last time I checked - India and France.

  The cheapest ones are almost certainly made in India (under licence).

  I have had both, and I find the French ones have a slightly better quality/build/finish/mechanisms and last longer. If you can afford a little more, wait for the French ones to go on sale.

      Difficult to tell from listings. Best to look in person on the pack. If you can see the around the top half of the barrel where "Parker" is stamped, around the other side "France" will be stamped.

      There are also some other subtle differences which you can explore on YouTube

    Agreed. I also find that the French made ones feel much more solid and are nicer to use. However. others might prefer the lighter weight of the half metal/half plastic ones from India.

  My wife bought a few of this (in different colors) for $2 each from bigw clearance last year. I once paid probably $29 for a full stainless steel one.
