    I’m 99% sure this is day 1 release after Lego exclusive. From experience ($350 modular sets), this is would be the cheapest you can get it. Sometimes they have the sale on again and exclude these, sometimes they don’t.

  The hotel, police station and bookshop were always out of stock for me. The only one listed was the Jazz club but i was too slow

  Went to the store, got several sets on the shelf. Went to check out, screen popped up with product has been withdrawn, and op called manager saying “product faulty”.

    Yeah, same with mine but they have put one aside until the system fault is sorted, on the promise that I get the discount when done. They even said they would sort through all the ones and pick out the box with no damage for me, without even mentioning it. Great customer service all round.
