      That's never gonna happen !

        Agree! Those days are gone

aren't they usually around June/July to coincide with the tax year? I am cautiously optimistic

          • +1

@CoronavirusVaccine: Nope haven’t been seen in longer than that!

  • Seems gone are the days of $400/$500 gc for $69/month for 12 months..

  • How come Vodafone never has this kind of deals! Travelling to the UK soon, love Vodafone international roaming service

They do. their iphone deal is great! Sadly its only iPhone.

  • Lol

Tell me how this is better than the standing off or $69pm for 12m with a $300 giftcard?

    • +1

Get $600 and die 12 months later?

  • Yeah nah this is a bitter pill to swallow. The giftcard is nice, but hell, I'd take a $40 plan with at least 30gb and 5g over 12 months in a heartbeat. Woolies mobile sucks!

    • Damn, does it really? I was thinking of moving over to it, mainly for the 10% off monthly.

      • +1

I don't have any problems with it 🤷‍♂️

      • We have 2 Wollies connected lines with no issues in over two years.

If you are not a heavy user, you might be ok. but I smash the heck outta mine, and any lag at all drives me insane. I was on the train into melbourne cbd (on the metro line) and it just straight up didnt work for half the trip. Normally its totally fine, but that has never happened the +1000 times or so I've made that trip on pure telstra.

Haha I’m exactly the same. Seeing a page fail to load, with nothing happening on the screen, makes my blood boil! I genuinely get severely irritated by it. Perhaps something to talk about with my therapist, but until then—no Woolies Mobile for me!

          Cheers mate

          • @wormarts: You're not alone! It felt like I traded my iphone 13 in for like an iphone 6. The amount of lag was nuts. I dont understand how wholesale is so bad.

  • I did the 12 month $69 100GB plan about six months ago, and the dude at JB kept telling me that I should go with the 24 month plan, which gave me a $600 Gift Card, instead of the $300 for 12 months.. I'm still trying to work out what the benefit would have been ??

Benefits for Telstra , not you ….

    • +2

Much higher commission for him if he sells the 24mth plan…

      • Yeah, I wonder if he’s still tying to convince people about his confused logic

    • +1

They still have this deal available, $300 gift card, $69 100gb for 12 months.

  • pass ..

    • 🤣🤣🤣🤣 different expiry so maybe diff deal?

    • Dont see $700?

So what store was this because it could be exclusive to that store given the website is giving conflicting info.

If you get this, try getting a $20 credit.

I was able to do it last month, $49/ Month for 12 months

    • How?

  • Can i purchase apple products/iphones with the JB hifi gift card? I'm looking at getting a new one & porting out and back to telstra through this deal seems to be good value. Then purchasing an iphone partially with the gift card.

    • +1

99% u should be able to

  • can i ask, im currently with telstra, and thinking of taking advantage (in the future) if this deals comes again, can i port to optus for say 1 month, and go to jbhifi and use this deal ? is this the 'loophole' to take use of that 600 giftcard? thak you

    • yes doesnt have to be optus just anything not telstra, belong or boost

  • thanks mate!
