Yup, at Christmas time I click and collected 2 x 500ml boxes from BWS.. one was Japanese brewed and one was brewed here in Australia. Sad to say I will not be looking to buy the Aussie cans. RIP Asahi.. 😩

If they're exactly 5.0% alc/vol, then usually Australia. We're one of the only countries that charges tax based on the strength, so brewers adapt.
Picked up some from BWS tonight and they say they are brewed and canned in Japan. They are 5.0% Although I'm convinced they don't taste like they used to.
