Cheapest you can get any version of the M575 locally delivered right now (even without coupon for $69, nice).

Not bad if you're looking for a thumb trackball mouse for your ergonomic desk setup.

This looks like the version that uses Logitech Bolt (not the Unifying Receiver) or Bluetooth LE. Takes 1x AA battery (included).

Love mine, excellent quality and prefer it to a mouse

Have 2 of these - home and work. Highly recommended.

These are absolutely fantastic, especially if you're in a situation where you have limited space; I use one for my HTPC and even for couch gaming

  • Anyone tried both this one and the mx ergo? Any difference in use aside of the extra keys and battery?

    • The MX Ergo also has adjustable tilt

      • +1

However the charging port still remain as a micro usb.

Plus the metal plate is really heavy and almost impossible to use one without it. It’s really up to if you need to bring it outside the home really

    • I have both. MX Ergo has the tilt, rechargeable, etc, but is bigger and heavier. I prefer the M575.

  • Not ambidextrous :(

  • i injured my shoulders a few weeks ago and found that movements involved using a regular mouse was causing a bit of pain. then i remembered i had one of these mice hidden away somewhere. instant relief! although i got some weird looks and comments when i brought it into work for a few days lol

  • Love these. Wish I needed another!

  • Is this just as good ergonomically as the MX Lift?

    • +2

      don't need to lift
      only roll

      *potentially better ergonomics?

Until repetitively straining the trackball groups of muscles

  • Thanks. Bought one. Loved my original mx master. Time to try a track ball.

just be wary that the photos of this Amazon listing are a bit muddled - shows the MX Ergo (tiltable, rechargeable with micro usb port) mixed in with M575 (takes aa battery, no tilt)

So worst case is getting m575 (which is cheaper than ebay), best case is getting mx ergo?
Sounds like a win win to me?

Great point! I’m sure it will be the m575, but happy to roll the dice in hope…

I ordered last week at $64, but might order another one now to get my average price down…

@UncleRico: I've ordered that particular one from amazon 2 days ago, which should arrive later today so I'll be able to advise if it's really m575 that will come.

@UncleRico: confirming it's a fully functional M575 (the one from Amazon)
It's just arrived and I've tested it
The colour is grey though, if it makes any difference

            • @hhbb555: thanks for the feedback!

@hhbb555: Great news - thanks for reporting back.

Did it come with the Bolt or the Unifying receiver?

              • +1

                @UncleRico: Unifying receiver
Also 2 days ago i bought it for $56.99, not sure if there’s a weekend jack up price or not at Amazon since now it’s showing 64.22

Huh, nice find, although I'm always wary of lesser known sellers on Amazon.

Note that there are two different versions of the M575. This eBay listing is for the newer "for business" version which uses the newer Bolt receiver. It looks like this Amazon listing is for the older one, which has the Unifying Receiver.

Have had this but I can't get used to thumb control. I get more precision out of an index+middle fingers controlled trackball like Kensington Orbit Wired.

Note M570 dates back to 2010! that's a 13 year old design. The M575 brings even more rounded design and a different colour ball.

Plus the wired versions before that which had almost exactly the same design as well. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

      • +3

yeah, they sure made good use out of the mould!
