Kahlua is usually my go-to most often but ever since I've tried Mr Black, I wont ever go back.

Tough to find a blended 12yo under $50 nowadays, and probably only Aldi Highland Earl (not 12yo lol) is cheaper than $37.

First Choice Liquor has an express delivery option so I opted for it. The courier (from DoorDash) came to deliver the parcel, but they asked to take photos of my Driver's License ID. I find it unacceptable and a privacy violation, particularly given the recent data breach at Optus, Medibank and most recently Latitude. When I placed the order, there was no mention of this ID photo. Why would it is required, when I don’t need to do the same when I came to pick up from a store?
I refused to get my ID scanned, so they took it back. I'll ask for a refund.
I wasn't home and doordash driver refused to give it to my wife. Customer service said, that's their protocol and you get automatically refunded when they take it back to the store.

At least you guys got your delivery, sort of… I opted for the express delivery, thinking I will get my order in the next hour. After the expected delivery time of about an hour has passed, I contacted their live chat who told me that it could take up to 2 hours for delivery and that she has contacted the store to arrange delivery and disconnected the chat before I could ask more about tracking and expected time of delivery (I was waiting whole evening not going anywhere as I read that they needed to scan my ID and I had to be around to collect it). After another hour passed, I contacted live chat again. This time the live chat agent checked and told me they couldn't deliver as one of the items was not in stock. Don't know why they did not contact to me, I had to contact them twice before finding out. He said they couldn't do a substitution either, he can only change the order in the background to next day delivery which would be a few days later due to the Easter holidays. And since a change in the order would void my cashback, I told him to cancel my order. So I basically waited around for more than 2 hours for nothing and more time wasted to contact their customer service just to find out they can't deliver. Will not be ordering from First Choice ever again.
