Does amaysim NBN use CGNAT?
No, it doesn’t use CGNAT at this stage to deliver our home internet service, no need to opt-out!

Cancellation With amaysim, there is no minimum term contract, so you can cancel whenever you want. There is no fee for cancellation however you will not receive a refund of charges paid in advance for the remainder of your payment cycle.

For better tracking, use the TopCashback app, click the "Get up to $100 Cashback" pink button to the amaysim website, use mobile data (not Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser.

TA's Tracking Tips:

  • Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave and close any additional browser tabs.

Cashback is only eligible for new amaysim NBN customers.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of any gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Cashback is paid once per order/transaction, regardless of the number of plans purchased on that order.
  • Cashback is provided by TopCashback, and not by amaysim.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.

      I used it previously on 250/20 and 750/50, no complaints at all, actually less maintenance down time than AussieBB.
      I believe you either get Optus network or some other, I got Optus.

      @tik tok When cashback is tracked, you will receive an email from TopCashback and can also see the transaction in your earnings page. Amaysim will send you a separate email for the nbn service.

      Please check that you are subscribed to receive TopCashback emails in this link.

      You can also check that the click is registered. On the TopCashback website (not app), you can check your last "click" to amaysim or any retailer in this link. The time updates with each new click.

      To view all your clicks in the last 100 days, you will need to visit the missing cashback claims page on the TopCashback website (not app). Select amaysim (or the clicked retailer) on the claims page in this link. Here is also where you submit a missing cashback claim for non-tracking.

        Thanks for that mate - I am subscribed to get emails and I can see amaysim in the last click section. But I did not receive any emails. How do I find out that it indeed is tracked and when I will get the cashback?

          When cashback is tracked, you will receive an email from TopCashback and can also see the transaction in your earnings page.

          Cashback would be payable in a few months.

            That is part of the question - how quickly after the transaction can the email be expected. Look at the screenshots - my payment for a new sim was tracked but not my payment for the NBN plan. I first paid for the NBN plan - then decided I wanted a new sim after all.               If your order has tracked, you will get the tracking email around the same time.

              As mentioned, all your tracked orders will be in your earnings page.

              Don't think it matters with the future date.

              Cashback for the mobile SIM is only for this plan as per TopCashback/amaysim. You bought the $10 amaysim plan which is not eligible for cashback. It has tracked at $0 as per your screenshot.

      I asked TC and they replied
      "The cashback offer at this stage ends Nov 17, but this can be changed at any time by amaysim as we have no control over their rates and offers. Further, the service can be activated at a later date, but needs to remain connected for at least 75 days after activation."

    I note that there is a similar offer with Dodo. Is Amaysim or Dodo better in terms of their NBN service?
    Also, does anyone know whether Amaysim does credit check on application?
